The GHALCA Top Four Tournament will kick off on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at the University of Ghana Stadium with an exciting lineup of fixtures to thrill football fans during the off-season.

In the opening match, newly crowned Premier League champions Gold Stars FC will face Asante Kotoko at 3:00 pm local time (15:00 GMT). Later that evening, Hearts of Oak will clash with second-placed Heart of Lions in a highly anticipated showdown at 6:00 pm (18:00 GMT).

The tournament continues on Friday, August 22, 2025, with Gold Stars taking on Hearts of Oak, while Heart of Lions battle Asante Kotoko in the second round of fixtures.

The final round of matches comes off on Sunday, August 24, 2025, when Gold Stars face Heart of Lions and traditional rivals Asante Kotoko lock horns with Hearts of Oak in what promises to be a thrilling finale.

This year’s Top Four serves as crucial preparation for Asante Kotoko and Gold Stars, who are gearing up for their continental campaigns in the CAF Inter-club Competitions, while Heart of Lions and Hearts of Oak use the tournament as a build-up to the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.

Football fans can look forward to three action-packed matchdays filled with intensity, rivalries, and top-quality football.
