Al Nassr superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to earn more than twice as much as Lionel Messi this season, with the pair once again taking the top two places in Forbes’ list of the world’s highest-paid footballers.
The 41-year-old’s estimated earnings stand at $300 million, while Messi is second with $145 million. This is the fourth consecutive season, and the 12th time in 13 years, that the two have occupied the leading positions.
