India secured a thrilling four-run victory over New Zealand via the DLS method in the second ODI of the five-match series on Saturday, November 7, at Hnry Stadium in Wellington.
Opting to bowl first, India produced an impressive bowling performance to bundle out New Zealand for just 134 runs in 41 overs. Daryl Mitchell was the top scorer for the hosts, making 55 off 104 deliveries, while Mitchell Santner contributed 31 off 38 balls. Gurnoor Brar was the standout performer with the ball, claiming four wickets for 30 runs in his 10 overs. Despite losing seven wickets, India managed to reach 113 in 26 overs and secured a narrow four-run win under the DLS method.
