Sunday’s Premier League action is limited to just Liverpool vs Arsenal at Anfield. That is not normal. Most weekends bring at least one more Sunday fixture, but this week’s other late game, Newcastle vs Everton, will be played on Monday night at St James’ Park.
This is due to Aston Villa’s upcoming trip to Barcelona in the Champions League. When the Premier League confirmed the fixtures for this gameweek, Aston Villa vs Fulham was scheduled for Sunday.
