Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has issued an update on Bukayo Saka’s injury after the 2-2 draw against Bayern Munich on Wednesday. The England international was forced off the pitch inside the first 10 minutes of the contest at Allianz Arena, with Eberechi Eze replacing him and scoring the opening goal for the Gunners.
Bayern Munich pulled things level through Alphonso Davies after a defence-splitting pass from Harry Kane. The former Tottenham captain stepped up and converted a penalty to give Bayern the lead in the 61st minute after a handball by Jurrien Timber.
