Entering the Pro Football Hall of Fame is one of the biggest achievements for a former football star. Notably, players must be retired for at least five consecutive full NFL seasons before they are eligible for the Hall of Fame.
Nonetheless, most players who enter the Hall of Fame make a big impact when they are in college, before entering the NFL draft. There are also those who have contributed to the sport in coaching, executive or other roles.
