The Premier League has confirmed that an Independent Commission has found Manchester City guilty of all charges related to breaches of the PL FFP.
In an official statement, the PL announced that the Independent Commission found that the club had flouted the rules between the 2009/10 and 2017/18 seasons. The CEO of the Premier League said of the above verdict:
