India batter Harleen Deol has joined Barbados Tridents as their fifth overseas signing for WCPL 2026, with the deal taking effect from September 11, 2026. Her franchise experience across high-pressure T20 competitions makes her a practical addition for a Tridents side seeking a fourth successive title. In the September 5 defeat, Navgire contributed 28 off 21 balls for the Tridents, while Pandey claimed 3 for 17 and Bhatia struck 35 off 28 balls for the Knight Riders. Deol’s inclusion strengthens the Tridents’ batting options as they look to recover from that opening setback.
