Former Paris Saint-Germain star Jerome Rothen has slammed Kylian Mbappe following his comments about the Ballon d’Or award this week. The Real Madrid striker backed himself to emerge as the best player in the world and that doesn’t seem to sit well with Rothen.
Kylian Mbappe sat down with reporters ahead of the Champions League clash against Inter and a host of topics were discussed. When asked about the coveted accolade, the Real Madrid forward said he would vote for himself to win it as he’s always considered himself the best player in the world.
