IPL 2026: RR vs LSG, Match 64: Stats preview of players’ records and approaching milestones

The Rajasthan Royals (RR) will play their final home game of the season when they take on the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Match 64 of the 2026 Indian Premier League on Tuesday, May 19.

RR are still in with a chance of qualifying for the playoffs, but have lost their way a little, winning just once in their last five outings. Riyan Parag’s side will come into the game on the back of a defeat at the hands of the Delhi Capitals at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. They are currently sixth in the standings, with 12 points to their name from as many games. 

LSG, on the other hand, have long been eliminated from the tournament, but have found some form as the tournament nears its end. Rishabh Pant’s side have defeated the Royal Challengers Bengaluru and the Chennai Super Kings in recent matches and now have a chance to move up from the foot of the standings. 

As is the case with all IPL matches, RR vs LSG will provide an opportunity for players from both teams to achieve personal milestones in their respective T20 careers.

  • Vaibhav Sooryavanshi: Needs 4 fours for 100 T20 fours 
  • Dhruv Jurel: Needs 10 fours for 100 T20 fours
  • Riyan Parag: Needs 74 runs for 3,500 T20 runs
  • Riyan Parag: Needs 1 catch for 50 IPL catches
  • Dasun Shanaka: Needs 2 sixes for 300 T20 sixes

LSG Players’ Upcoming Milestones

  • Josh Inglis: Needs 88 runs for 500 IPL runs
  • Josh Inglis: Needs 8 fours for 50 IPL fours
  • Aiden Markram: Needs 11 runs for 6,000 T20 runs
  • Mohammed Shami: Needs 7 wickets for 150 IPL wickets
  • Rishabh Pant: Needs 5 catches for 150 T20 catches
  • Rishabh Pant: Needs 6 fours to reach 350 IPL fours
  • Himmat Singh: Needs 3 sixes to reach 50 T20 sixes
