Carlos Queiroz and his technical staff have been working tirelessly to ensure the Black Stars are in top condition ahead of the FIFA World Cup in June. In just one month, from April 11 to May 11, the National Team technical staff have demonstrated unwavering commitment to excellence, delivering a comprehensive body of work aimed at elevating Ghana’s football standards.

The initiative forms part of a broader push to build a data-driven, detail-oriented culture within the National Team setup. From scouting and medical monitoring to tactical and fitness analysis, the technical team is laying the groundwork for sustained success.

By the numbers, the month-long effort included:

“Behind every future success lies invisible work, sacrifice, discipline, and countless hours of commitment,” the department noted in an internal communication shared with staff. “We are proud of the professionalism, loyalty, and tireless spirit shown.”

“The dream of a National Team is built every single day — through dedication, competence, attention to detail, passion, and responsibility,” the statement added.

”With the work continuing into the next phase of preparations, the technical team remains focused on the future.

The work continues. To the future.

Ghana have qualified for their fifth FIFA World Cup tournament and have been drawn in Group L alongside Panama, England, and Croatia.

The Black Stars will open their campaign against Panama in Toronto on June 17, before facing England on June 23 and Croatia on June 27.
