Tamale City will battle Debibi United at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, as both teams set their sights on qualification for the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League.

Tamale City are former Ghana Premier League campaigners, having featured in the 2022/23 season before suffering relegation in their debut top-flight campaign. Debibi United, meanwhile, will be aiming to secure their first-ever Premier League qualification in this playoff fixture.

Tamale City have recorded 15 wins, 10 draws, and 3 losses in 28 league games, scoring 39 goals and conceding 24 to accumulate 55 points.

Debibi United, on the other hand, amassed 60 points from 28 matches, registering 19 wins, 3 draws, and 6 losses while scoring 53 goals and conceding 19.

Hamza Mohammed will lead Tamale City as head coach, with forward Mohammed Musah Salisu spearheading the attack after netting 10 goals in 19 league appearances.

Coach Isaac Nii Armah will be in charge of Debibi United, while their forward Kwadwo Antwi has scored 14 goals in 26 league games this season.

Last season, Eleven Wonders secured qualification ahead of Real Tamale United at the Accra Sports Stadium.
