President Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku, has paid a working visit to the Black Maidens camp at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence.

This forms part of the efforts to motivate the team ahead of their decisive FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup qualifier against Togo.

The visit comes at a crucial time as the Black Maidens prepare for the second leg of the tie, having secured a strong advantage from the first encounter.

The GFA President interacted with players and technical staff, offering words of encouragement and reaffirming the Association’s full support for the team.

He urged players to remain focused, disciplined, and determined as they aim to complete the job and secure qualification.

Emphasizing the importance of representing the nation with pride, he reminded the team of the expectations of Ghanaians and the opportunity to make the country proud on the global stage.

The technical team and players, in turn, expressed their appreciation for the visit, describing it as a major boost to morale ahead of the game.

Black Maidens will face the Togo U17 Women’s Team in the return leg, with a place at the next round of the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup qualifier at stake.
