Former Premier League side Ebusua Dwarfs extended their winless streak to four matches (four consecutive draws) in Zone Two after a 2–2 draw with Sekondi Eleven Wise on Sunday at Gyandu Park. Silvester Duku gave the visitors an early lead in the 13th minute, but Tinga Kofi equalized for the hosts in the 38th minute. Tinga Kofi struck again in the 57th minute to put Sekondi Eleven Wise ahead before John Yalley netted a late equalizer for Ebusua Dwarfs in stoppage time. Ebusua Dwarfs remain second in the Zone Two league table with 44 points.

League leaders FC AshantiGold ‘04 suffered a surprising 3–0 defeat to struggling UCC-Youngsters at the Robert Mensah Park, ending their impressive five-game winning streak. Annan Kwei opened the scoring in the 33rd minute before Rolla Mensah sealed the victory with a brace, netting in the 79th and 83rd minutes. The result also ended UCC-Youngsters’ four-game winless run (one draw, three losses). Despite the loss, AshantiGold ‘04 remain top of the Zone Two table with an eight-point lead, while UCC-Youngsters stay bottom on 23 points.

Sefwi All Stars FC boosted their top three ambitions with a hard-fought 1–0 victory over former Premier League side King Faisal FC at the Juaboso Mampiobo Town Park. After a goalless first half, Okrah Ebenezer scored the decisive goal in the 62nd minute to secure all three points. Michael Abina was named Player of the Match following an impressive display in midfield. Sefwi All Stars FC currently sit fourth on the table with 41 points from 25 matches, just behind third place on goal difference.
