Former Premier League side Great Olympics saw their impressive three-game clean sheet winning streak end after a narrow 1–0 defeat to FC Nania on Saturday at the Legon Nania Park. Centre-back Prince Zoglo scored the decisive goal from the penalty spot in the 14th minute. This result also ended FC Nania’s six-game winless run in the league (two draws, four losses). Great Olympics now sit ninth in the Zone Three table, just four points above the drop zone, while FC Nania remain embroiled in the relegation battle despite this crucial win.

Title contenders Semper Fi FC dropped to third place in the Zone Three league table following a heavy 4–2 home defeat to relegation-threatened Hakla SC at the Teshie McDan Sports Complex. This defeat marked their sixth of the season after Matchweek 25. Toufik Majeed opened the scoring for Hakla SC in the 18th minute, before Dickson Afoakwah responded with a fine equalizer eleven minutes later, leaving the game level at halftime. After the break, Abdulai Salifu put Semper Fi FC ahead in the 61st minute, but Augustine Paya restored parity just two minutes later. Hakla SC then took control late on, with Danivan Wadzo scoring in the 76th minute before Amadu Abdulai sealed the victory in the 82nd minute. Semper Fi FC remain on 43 points from 25 matches.

League leaders Port City FC continued their strong push for promotion with an impressive 4–2 comeback win over former Premier League side Okwawu United at the Kukurantumi Ohene Park on Sunday. Mustapha Issah gave the visitors the lead in the 24th minute, but Bernard Quainoo equalized in the 35th minute, sending both sides into halftime level at 1–1. After the break, Eric Tibu converted a penalty in the 80th minute to put Port City FC ahead, before Korblah Junior Kedzie added a third two minutes later. Hamza Hussein then completed the scoring with a stunning strike in the 88th minute. Morgan Abayatey pulled one back for Okwawu United from the penalty spot in stoppage time, but it proved to be only a consolation. Port City FC now sit top of the table with 58 points from 25 matches, holding a 13-point lead.
