He is coming off the back of a dismal T20 World Cup campaign with Australia and will look to make amends in the IPL by providing Sunrisers Hyderabad with blistering starts and high scores.
With Travis Head set to start at the top, the responsibility to keep him in check would fall to Bhuvaneshwar Kumar. The experienced Indian bowler excels with the new ball, being able to move it both ways and keep it tight with his lengths. He will be expected to lead RCB’s attack as the senior bowler in the absence of Josh Hazlewood.
