Two high-profile matches headline the fixtures in Zone Two of the Access Bank Division One League as Matchday 18 fixtures roll out this weekend. Leaders Cape Coast Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs will travel to Doboase as guests of Skyy FC, while New Edubiase and FC AshantiGold ’04 face off at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium.

Ebusua Dwarfs took over the top spot in Zone Two following a 2-0 win over FC AshantiGold ’04 on Sunday, keeping a grip on the Zone and brightening their chances in the title race. They lead the table with 35 points, 12 points ahead of Skyy FC, who are in 8th place with 23 points. Ebusua Dwarfs have been consistent in their last four matches, keeping a four-match winning run to overtake FC AshantiGold ’04.

At the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium, FC AshantiGold ’04 will square off against New Edubiase United in the Obuasi derby. The hosts are second in the league table with 34 points, 16 points ahead of New Edubiase United, setting the stage for an intriguing derby. FC AshantiGold ’04 will go into the match looking to return to winning ways as the race for the title intensifies with Ebusua Dwarfs fighting to push the race all the way to the end.

Contenders Sefwi All Stars, third in the league standings, will travel to Ejisu to play as guests of Future Stars at the Okese Park. Sefwi All Stars sit pretty good on the league table with 32 points, two points behind leaders Ebusua Dwarfs, and aim to upset their opponents on Sunday. Other top liners include Nsuopon Fidelity vs Soccer Intellectuals and Elmina Sharks against Police National at the Nduom Sports Stadium.
