The Central Region has won both games and currently tops Group A with six points, followed closely by the Volta Region with the same points.
The Ashanti Region picked up their first win to secure maximum points, while the Upper East Region is still searching for their first win after two games.
Greater Accra, after losing 1-0 in their opening game to the Eastern Region, bounced back to pick two wins, moving top of Group B. They are followed by Brong Ahafo, who have won both games played so far.
The Western Region lies bottom of the table with no points, having lost all two games played so far.
