Brong Ahafo Region leaves it late to go top of Group B, ahead of defending champions Ashanti Region, to set up a final against the Greater Accra Region. The Bono team tops Group B with 11 points after picking up a late 2-1 win against the Eastern Region. Ashanti Region finishes as runner-up in Group B, while Upper East Region finishes bottom with no points.
In Group A, the Greater Accra Region showed dominance as they picked up their sixth win against Eastern Elite B, maintaining their position at the top with a perfect record. The Northern Region follows closely with 12 points.
The final of the second edition of the Elite U15 Girls’ Tournament is scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram.
