The Western Regional Football Association will hold its Ordinary Congress on Friday, October 3, 2025 at the Bibiani District Assembly Hall. The Congress, scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m., will bring together football stakeholders from across the region to chart the course for the game’s development.

The Congress will review the 2024/25 football season, examining successes, challenges, and key milestones achieved. It will also outline plans and strategies for the 2025/26 season, covering competitions, youth development, capacity building, and financial reports.

This gathering will serve as a crucial platform for transparency, accountability, and strategic decision-making for football in the Western Region.

The session will be chaired by the Western Regional Football Association Chairman, Simon Ehumah, who will lead stakeholders in discussing the future of the sport in the region.

The Congress is expected to reaffirm Western’s position as a hub of talent and innovation while promoting grassroots and competitive football across the region.
