Kyere-Duah brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked as a sports consultant, lecturer, and sports journalist before his election to Parliament.

To support Hon. Kyere-Duah, the GFA has named Fred Pappoe as Vice Chairman of the Committee. Pappoe, a former Vice President of the GFA, previously served as both Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Black Stars Management Committee and was also an Executive Council member, bringing deep institutional knowledge to the team.

Other distinguished members of the committee include:

The Football Stakeholders Committee will advise the Executive Council of the association on all technical and structural aspects of the game, ensuring a coherent and effective national football structure.

The key mandate of the FSC include, but not limited to the following:

2. To develop and relevantly update a Policy Manual for engagement with various stakeholder groups
3. To, in conjunction with the Awards and Events Committee and the GFA Executive Council, hold periodic [quarterly, half-yearly and yearly] Stakeholder Engagements in the forms of Forums, Seminars or Socialization gatherings.
4. To liaise with the GFA Marketing and Communications Departments to relevantly promote Stakeholder engagements
5. To prepare and publish key outcomes from Stakeholder engagements for the information of key football publics as well as the General Public
6. Prepare and ensure adherence to Activity Schedules [for all Stakeholder engagements]
7. Conduct research on issues of major interest to stakeholder groups and address these issues proactively.
8. Liaise with, and support the GFA Foundation on its activities
9. Prepare and present periodic reports to the Executive Council covering all aspects of the Committee’s activities
10. By bringing together different parties involved in the game, the FSC will work to improve the overall interests of club football nationwide.

The appointment of Hon. Kyere-Duah and his team signals the GFA’s renewed commitment to inclusivity, transparency, and broad-based consultation to drive the development of football in Ghana.
